What makes a taekwondo school different
Generic gym software assumes adults buying class packs. A typical taekwondo school is something else: most students are kids, parents pay for two or three siblings, programs are split by age, and the belt journey from white to black is what keeps families coming back.
Families, not just students
Link siblings and parents into one household with one balance. Each child keeps their own profile, program and rank, while the family is billed together, with sibling discounts applied by rule.
Students can be active, on a trial, or frozen. Freeze a membership for a summer break and it pauses until they're back.
Geup and dan ranks per program
Set up your own ladder for each program: white, yellow, orange, green, blue and on to black, with stripes or tips as separate ranks if you use them. Little Tigers can have a different ladder from Kids or Teens and Adults.
Each step has its own requirements in classes attended and days at rank, and the ready-to-test list shows who qualifies before every testing day.
